We install 5" and 6" seamless aluminum gutters in Panama. Standard homes get 5", high-volume areas and steeper pitches get 6". Downspouts every 30-40 ft of gutter run with splash blocks or underground drains.
Roof Inspection
Infrared moisture scanning available for Panama commercial and flat roof inspections. Thermal imaging locates trapped moisture in the insulation layer without cutting core samples. We use Flir E8 cameras to map wet areas, then core sample only the suspect zones to confirm. Saves time, reduces disruption, and gives you a precise repair scope instead of a guess.
Emergency Roof Repair
Emergency roof repairs for active water intrusion follow a strict protocol: tarping with reinforced polyethylene sheeting secured to the roof deck, interior water extraction guidance, and temporary flashing at penetrations. Our Panama emergency crews carry 20x30 tarps, 2x4 nailer boards, and masonry anchors for various deck types. Permanent repairs are scheduled within 48-72 hours once materials are sourced.
Skylight Installation
Vented skylights open to let hot air escape. Great for kitchens and bathrooms in Panama. Fixed skylights are cheaper and simpler. Solar-powered options from VELUX qualify for the federal 30% tax credit through 2032.
